Open survey
The EnergyPROSPECTS project issued an open invitation for provision of service to implement a multi-national online survey on energy citizenship conducted in eight languages (Bulgarian, Dutch, English, French, German, Hungarian, Latvian, Spanish). The invitation was published in July 2023 on the website of the project. Information about the published invitation was also distributed through social media of the project and the partners. The objective of the survey was to reach 10,000 participants (1,000 residents per each consortium partner country – Belgium, Bulgaria, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, the Netherlands, and Spain, and additional 1,000 participants in total from at least 10 other European countries (including non-EU member states and excluding Belarus, Russia and Ukraine).
In response to the invitation, three agencies sent their offers. A three-member evaluation committee selected the winning offer by assigning points according to four criteria: work plan, track record, recruitment strategy, and proposed price. Based on the evaluation, a French-based company Efficience3 was selected. The survey was launched on October 30 and closed on November 17. Overall, 10,071 citizens from 19 countries completed the questionnaires. Report with the analyzed results are AVAILABLE HERE .
