Citizen surveys (WP5): 10 000 citizens will be recruited to participate in an EU-wide online survey to examine the perceptions of European citizens regarding the participation, empowerment, opportunities and barriers pertaining to energy citizenship. Survey will also explore the shadow aspects of energy citizenship.
